Furniture ads judged by what's left after delivery.

Octomize runs Google Shopping, Performance Max and Meta Ads for furniture and home stores, and we judge them by margin after delivery, not by revenue. We clean up large catalogs in Merchant Center, put real delivery costs in the feed, and track the many visits a buyer makes before a sofa or a bed sells, so budget goes to the products and regions that pay.

What's included

  • Merchant Center feed clean-up: variants, room photos, dimensions and delivery costs
  • Google Shopping and Performance Max grouped by margin and delivery cost
  • Meta Ads for room inspiration and for retargeting buyers who are still comparing
  • Local inventory ads and store visit reporting for stores with a showroom
  • Reporting on margin after delivery, with profit data from ProfitMetrics
  • Product page CRO for dimensions, delivery dates and financing options

What makes furniture advertising different

People take weeks to buy a sofa or a bed. They compare stores, order fabric samples, measure the room and often visit a showroom before they pay. If you judge campaigns on last-click sales inside a short window, you cut the ads that started those purchases.

Delivery changes the maths. A bulky item shipped to a distant zone can cost more to deliver than it earns, so a campaign that looks good on revenue can lose money. We judge furniture campaigns by margin after delivery, by product and by region.

What we run for furniture and home stores

Google Shopping and Performance Max carry most of the search demand, and with a big catalog the feed decides how well they work. We group each model’s fabrics, colours and sizes under one item group (Google Merchant Center Help) and add room shots through the lifestyle image attribute, which Google describes for furniture staged in a room. Google requires shipping costs for Shopping ads in the US, the UK, Germany and France, among others, and lets you set them by delivery area or per product for bulky items (shipping attribute).

If you have a showroom, local inventory ads show nearby shoppers what’s in stock, and Google can report store visit conversions once you meet its location and traffic requirements.

Meta Ads for furniture stores work for inspiration: rooms, styles and new collections, then retargeting for people who viewed a product and left. Our tracking and profit data setup uses TAGGRS and ProfitMetrics, both official partners. On the product page we work on dimensions, delivery dates and costs, and financing options.

Where we work

Furniture and home stores selling in the United States, the United Kingdom and the EU. Delivery zones and costs differ by country, so we set shipping and campaigns per market.

How it works

  1. 01

    Price delivery in

We work out the margin on each product after delivery to each zone you serve. A wardrobe shipped across the country can lose money at a price that pays in your own city.

  2. 02

    Fix the catalog

We group each model's fabrics, colours and sizes as variants, add room photos, and set shipping by zone or by product, so the price in the ad matches the checkout.

  3. 03

    Track the long path

We measure the product views, sample requests, showroom visits and calls that come before a purchase, and send orders with margin to Google and Meta.

  4. 04

    Spend where margin holds

We move budget to the products and regions that make money after delivery, and keep retargeting running for the weeks a buyer takes to decide.

What we do: the system

We don't just run ads. We own everything that determines outcomes.

  1. 01 · Strategy

    Digital strategy

Before we touch an account, we set the plan: which channels, what budget, what a lead or a sale is worth to you, and what we test first.

    • Channel mix and budget split
    • Target CPA or ROAS set from your margins
    • A 90-day plan with clear milestones
  2. 02 · Landing page

    Landing pages + CRO

Most paid traffic is lost on the page, not in the ad. We build or rework the page around one offer and one action, then keep improving it on real visitor behavior.

    • New pages or fixes to the ones you have
    • Message matched to the ad and the search
    • CRO roadmap from session recordings
  3. 03 · Tracking

    Tracking & measurement

If the numbers are wrong, every optimization is a guess. We set up tracking that holds up against ad blockers and cookie limits, and send real outcomes back to the ad platforms.

    • GA4 and GTM, client- and server-side
    • Enhanced Conversions and Meta CAPI
    • Offline imports: qualified lead, booked call, closed deal
  4. 04 · Ads

    Performance marketing

With the plan, the page and the tracking in place, we build the campaigns and optimize them every week on real data.

    • Google Ads and Meta Ads builds or restructures
    • Keyword, audience and creative testing
    • Bidding toward profit, not just volume
  5. 05 · Reporting

    Profit-focused reporting

You see sales, profit and lead quality, the numbers your business runs on, not clicks and impressions.

    • KPIs agreed with you up front
    • ProfitMetrics when margin data is available
    • Regular updates in plain English
  6. 06 · Growth

    Business growth support

Once the system runs, the data shows where else you can grow. We bring you the ideas.

    • New products or services the data points to
    • New channels and markets to test
    • Offer and pricing ideas from what converts

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Should I offer free delivery in my furniture ads?

Where the margin covers it. On a heavy item going to a distant zone, free delivery can cost more than the sale makes. We check margin after delivery by product and region, then decide where ads promise free delivery and where they show the real cost.

How long do furniture buyers take to decide?

Longer than for most online purchases, and longer the higher the price. Buyers of a sofa or a dining set often come back several times, order fabric samples or visit a showroom first. We look at the whole path in your analytics instead of judging a campaign on one week of last-click sales.

Can Google Ads show which ads bring people to my showroom?

Often, if you have physical stores. Google reports store visits once your locations are verified in your Business Profile, your ads use location assets, and you have enough traffic to pass its privacy thresholds. Local inventory ads can also show shoppers which products a nearby store has in stock.

How do you run ads for a catalog with thousands of products?

We start with the feed: one item group per model, fabrics and colours as variants, room photos next to the studio shots, and accurate dimensions. Then we split campaigns by margin and delivery cost, so a bulky low-margin item doesn't take budget from a profitable one.

Should my ads mention financing?

For higher-priced pieces it's worth testing in ad copy and on the product page. The terms in the ad must match what the buyer sees at checkout and follow the consumer credit rules in your market, so we agree the wording with you first and track whether it changes orders.
