International PPC

Google Ads and Meta Ads in several countries, each judged on its own numbers.

Octomize runs international PPC for businesses that sell in more than one country. Each market gets its own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, its own language, budget and conversion tracking, so you can see which countries make money and move budget toward them. We plan the rollout one market at a time, with consent-ready tracking for the EU and the UK.

What's included

  • Market selection and rollout plan, one or two countries at a time
  • Separate Google Ads campaigns per country and language
  • Meta Ads with country-level budgets and native-language creative
  • Merchant Center feeds per country for e-commerce
  • Conversion tracking and Consent Mode v2 that work in every market
  • Reporting by market: cost, conversions and profit per country

Why markets need their own campaigns

A click in Germany and a click in Ireland rarely cost the same, and the visitors behind them don’t convert the same way. When several countries share one campaign, Google’s bidding spends where conversions look cheapest, which isn’t always where you make money. Separate campaigns let you set a budget and a target for each market and see the result clearly.

Language and location are two settings

Google Ads sets location and language targeting separately, and language targeting follows the languages people understand, not where they are. We set both for every campaign, write ads in the language the campaign targets, and send traffic to a page in the same language. For e-commerce, Merchant Center also needs product data for each target country, with local prices, currency and shipping.

Tracking across borders

Visitors in the EU and the UK need to give consent before ad tracking runs. We set up Consent Mode v2 and server-side tracking once, so every market reports conversions the same way. For the European side of the work, see PPC for UK and EU businesses.

How it works

  1. 01

    Pick the markets

We look at where you already sell, shipping and delivery, and search demand, and choose the first one or two countries to test.

  2. 02

    Set up per market

Each country gets its own campaigns, location and language targeting, landing pages and budget, so the numbers don't blur together.

  3. 03

    Localize, don't translate

Ads and pages use the words people in that market search for. Copy should come from a native speaker, not a translation tool.

  4. 04

    Move budget to what pays

We compare markets on cost per sale and profit, and shift budget toward the countries that earn it.

What we do: the system

We don't just run ads. We own everything that determines outcomes.

  1. 01 · Strategy

    Digital strategy

Before we touch an account, we set the plan: which channels, what budget, what a lead or a sale is worth to you, and what we test first.

    • Channel mix and budget split
    • Target CPA or ROAS set from your margins
    • A 90-day plan with clear milestones
  2. 02 · Landing page

    Landing pages + CRO

Most paid traffic is lost on the page, not in the ad. We build or rework the page around one offer and one action, then keep improving it on real visitor behavior.

    • New pages or fixes to the ones you have
    • Message matched to the ad and the search
    • CRO roadmap from session recordings
  3. 03 · Tracking

    Tracking & measurement

If the numbers are wrong, every optimization is a guess. We set up tracking that holds up against ad blockers and cookie limits, and send real outcomes back to the ad platforms.

    • GA4 and GTM, client- and server-side
    • Enhanced Conversions and Meta CAPI
    • Offline imports: qualified lead, booked call, closed deal
  4. 04 · Ads

    Performance marketing

With the plan, the page and the tracking in place, we build the campaigns and optimize them every week on real data.

    • Google Ads and Meta Ads builds or restructures
    • Keyword, audience and creative testing
    • Bidding toward profit, not just volume
  5. 05 · Reporting

    Profit-focused reporting

You see sales, profit and lead quality, the numbers your business runs on, not clicks and impressions.

    • KPIs agreed with you up front
    • ProfitMetrics when margin data is available
    • Regular updates in plain English
  6. 06 · Growth

    Business growth support

Once the system runs, the data shows where else you can grow. We bring you the ideas.

    • New products or services the data points to
    • New channels and markets to test
    • Offer and pricing ideas from what converts

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Should I run one campaign for all countries or one per country?

One per country, in most cases. Costs, competition and conversion rates differ by market, and a shared campaign lets the cheapest country take the budget whether or not it makes money.

How does language targeting work in Google Ads?

Language targeting matches ads to the languages people understand, judged from signals like their search terms and settings, not to where they are. Location and language are set separately, so a campaign for Germany in English and one in German can run side by side.

Do I need a separate website for each country?

Not always. A page per language on your main site usually works. What matters is that the ad, the landing page and the checkout all speak the visitor's language and show prices in their currency.

How many countries should I start with?

One or two. Prove that a market pays before adding the next one, rather than spreading a small budget thinly across Europe.
