Roofing companies
Octomize runs Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta Ads for roofing companies that want their own leads instead of shared ones from a marketplace. We split repair, replacement and storm work into separate campaigns, track the calls, and send booked inspections and signed contracts back to Google, so your budget follows the jobs that pay.
What's included
Roofing has two kinds of demand. A hailstorm or a windstorm sends a whole neighborhood of homeowners to Google within days, many of them with an insurance claim open. The rest of the year you sell planned replacements to people comparing quotes over weeks, and small repairs to people with a leak tonight.
Those leads differ in value. A replacement can be worth many times a repair, and a storm lead in a town two hours from your yard may cost you more to serve than it brings. Most roofing leads also come in by phone. If you only count form fills, Google learns from the smallest slice of your work.
We build Google Ads Search around your services: repair, replacement, storm and insurance work, and the roof types you install. Targeting follows the towns your crews reach. In the US we add Local Services Ads, where you pay per valid lead. Google has started moving them into Google Ads as pay-per-lead Performance Max campaigns, with roofing among the first categories (Google Ads Help). Meta Ads reaches homeowners before they search, which suits replacements more than emergency repairs.
Call tracking tells us which keyword produced each call. Offline conversion imports then report which calls booked an inspection and which signed, so bidding favors replacements over gutter questions. Our HVAC and home services guide covers how Local Services Ads and Search split the work.
Roofing companies in the United States, the United Kingdom and the EU. Local Services Ads runs in only some countries, with different categories in each (Local Services Help), so outside the US we plan around Search and Meta first. See our lead generation page for the wider approach.
How it works
We go through what a repair, a full replacement and an insurance job are worth to you, and how many inspections it takes to sign one. That sets what you can pay per lead for each.
We put call tracking on the ads and the site, and connect your CRM or job sheet so Google sees which leads booked an inspection and which signed.
Repair, replacement and storm work go live as separate campaigns, targeted to the towns your crews reach, with negatives for DIY, jobs, and materials searches.
Once enough signed jobs flow back, we bid toward them, and we raise or cut spend as storm seasons and the weather change demand.
What we do: the system
Before we touch an account, we set the plan: which channels, what budget, what a lead or a sale is worth to you, and what we test first.
Most paid traffic is lost on the page, not in the ad. We build or rework the page around one offer and one action, then keep improving it on real visitor behavior.
If the numbers are wrong, every optimization is a guess. We set up tracking that holds up against ad blockers and cookie limits, and send real outcomes back to the ad platforms.
With the plan, the page and the tracking in place, we build the campaigns and optimize them every week on real data.
You see sales, profit and lead quality, the numbers your business runs on, not clicks and impressions.
Once the system runs, the data shows where else you can grow. We bring you the ideas.

FAQ
Marketplaces sell the same homeowner to several roofers, so you race the others to the phone. Leads from your own Google Ads and Local Services Ads go only to you, and the data stays in your accounts. Many roofers run both while their own campaigns build up.
They can, in the US. You pay per lead instead of per click, and you get little control over keywords or copy. We run them next to Search, check the lead list with you each week, and judge both by booked inspections.
We keep a storm and hail campaign ready with its own ads and landing page, and turn it up in the areas hit after a storm. Outside those weeks, budget goes back to planned replacements and repairs.
Yes, if you record the outcome in a CRM or a spreadsheet we can read. We import booked inspections and signed contracts into Google Ads, so you see cost per signed job, not only cost per call.
No. Roofing sits inside our lead generation work for home services and other service businesses. You work with the two founders, who run the campaigns themselves.
